The event on Monday 7th August 2006 was held on the main field at Alderney Recreation Ground and attracted hundreds of visitors. A number of free activities were arranged to keep local youngsters occupied during the summer school holidays and provide information on services in the area. Both Fire and 2CR radio stations came along to check out what was going on. Activities included:
